Penner Institute on ESG Issues Scholarship\u00a0Program and the Scotiabank Observatory on Sustainable Development Innovations aim to support multidisciplinary research on environmental issues (decarbonization, pollution, biodiversity, etc.), social issues (fair transition, AI, working conditions, human rights, reconciliation with Indigenous communities, EDI, etc.) and governance (corruption, money laundering, mission-driven companies, etc.).<\/p><p>The Michael D. Penner Institute Scholarships on ESG Issues and the Scotiabank Observatory on Sustainable Development Innovations are awarded based on an inclusive approach to excellence.
